Oh Bonkers! I'm in London!!

Yesterday was incredible. We woke up from being so jet legged at 6:45am. Ate breakfast, got ready. Then we took the train with all of the business people going to work. First stop: PICCADILLY Circus!!  I pretty much busted with excitement. I kept giggling and laughing and going "eeee!!!" We then walked to

Trafalgar Square

. They were giving out free tomato plants for some promo. So Lesley and I each took one. Then we went for a walk in the park that is close to Buckingham (it's along that road that goes into the square facing the front of the Palace.) The birds and squirrels attacked us!!! We were scared of them touching us!! This old English man started telling us about how we reminded him of his granddaughters. It was such a cute thing. There were all these French people around, too! Made me excited for France and speaking French. Then we went to Buckingham. We started to walk away, and there were these royal guards (black tall hats) that were looking Lesley and me down like none other. One of them had a tattoo on his neck. Ha. Then Lesley and I ate sandwiches, ice cream, chocolate, oranges, and red bulls in Trafalgar square. We had a view of Big Ben from where we were seated. It was absolutely lovely.

Then we traveled onto Covent Garden. This was the cutest little market shopping area. I bought some wonderful Lotus tea. We watched a few street shows. One magic man, another man who could get out of being tied up. There were these tattooed. and pierced WONDERFUL violinists and cellists. They were playing for a few people having tea around this cafe. There were the most colorful streets around there. It was beautiful. We were in the random band's music video as well! They said "girls, please be in our video! Just hold this large "C" and we'll take your picture." They gave us their band's information and thanked us a hundred times. It was fun. You could tell they were SUCH the striving to be big, little band. Then we went on to Oxford Circus. This is a HUGE shopping street. There were so many interesting different people. We just walked and walked and kept people watching. I tried on some fun clothes (they were not badly priced, either), but none of them worked. 

We soon decided that we were absolutely beat and we made our travels home. As soon as we got back we drank tea with Lesley's mom, and then went to bed. Untill about now.
