The Comedy Store and Les Miserables
Lesley and I went to both. Les Mis was INCREDIBLE.
The Comedy Store was hilarious. It is this bar where they have a comedy show. We got picked on majorly because we were young American girls. It was quite funny, actually. Sat next to some lovely Scottish people.

Saturday at Thorpe Park
Can I first just share that the strangest thing happened in Waterloo that day? Waterloo was the station that connected us to go to Thorpe Park … There were people dressed in many many many different outfits… Examples? Of course. We saw about ten different Where’s Waldos, Tons of Hawaiian themed outfits, these Arabian costumes (one of them had a beer bong on his shoulders), and sailors. Oh, and a shark. And whatever this is:
The amusement park isn’t too different from Silverwood. We waited in line for hours upon hours, keeping our ride count down to three extreme rides and a tea cup run. That day I was rather conscious about being American. It wasn’t that I was ashamed, just worried we’d be treated differently. After this all too forward, beefed out British boy started talking to Les and I, everything changed. As soon as he found out we were American he got all excited and tried to tell us he was foreign, too… A wee bit intoxicated beyond appropriate for a theme park, he kept on using the nickname Miss Chicago (after we told him we were from Washington state) and intently called us fit. Although we left him with a “nice to meet you, go find some other girls to bother,” I actually was feeling a bit better about the American thing. So thank you, drunk, beefed out British boy: you actually helped a lot.
One more thing… Lesley and me on the tea cup ride… now that was an adventure… I think we had the time of our lives on that short ride… maybe it was the small wait in line that made this ride the most epic moment of the day… I’m not completely sure.

Things Learned the Hard Way
A few things to remember while in London: stay to the right on escalators, load your oyster card before you try to use a bus at 2:30 in the morning, being told you are "fit" means you are simply attractive (so don't give them a line about working out), and lastly, don't make eye contact with people you don't want to talk to. Oh, and if the animals at the park approach you, it doesn't mean you are one with nature; they just want food and will climb you to get it.

What I eat...
Right now I am eating wheatabits... A very English cereal.
And I have been drinking squash (a super concentrated drink you mix with water). Squash has to be one of my favorites. They need to sell it in the states!!!
Also, Lesley and I have been eating from the local Tesco Markets. I actually had a very yummy sandwich from there... along with some honeycomb and chocolate flavored ice cream. ;)This is the Tesco we went to when we ate in Trafalgar Square:
Killer Jet Lag...
It is 4 in the morning here. I cannot fall asleep. Lesley and I had hoped to go out last night for a good time... That never happened seeing that we fell asleep at 6 pm. I woke up at 10:20 pm with my stomach growling at me. I went and woke her up, hoping we wouldn't have what is happening to me happen. I ate some pasta and cereal (and an apple, Mom) and then tried to go back to sleep. I made it there for a bit, but now I am awake again... Lucky me.
I had the craziest dream last night... If you know me well, you know I love to share dreams. But I cannot focus enough to actually share right now...
